Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using COPYBEST (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to third parties is strictly prohibited. Any such transfer will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Free Tier & Trials

• After email verification, each account receives 4 free clicks per feature: 4 CopyTrade profile views, 4 CopyBet profile views, 4 Find Best Trade uses, and 4 Find Best Bet uses (16 total). These are one-time, not daily.
• After email verification, each account receives a 1-hour free trial for Indicators (all 34 private indicators) and Signals (all 4 premium channels). Trial starts immediately upon verification.
• Free clicks and trials are granted once per account and cannot be reset or extended.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency at the rates displayed on the Pricing page.
• Four subscription types are available: CopyTrade, CopyBet, Indicators, and Signals — each purchased separately.
• Indicators subscription gives access to all 34 private indicators (17 trading + 17 long-term).
• Signals subscription gives access to all 4 premium signal channels: Funding Arbitrage, Quantum BTC, STRONG AI Polymarket, and Meme Coin Gems.
• Subscription periods: 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year.
• Payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any paid content, data, or indicator signals from the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our proprietary indicators.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security.
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity or money laundering.
• Impersonate other users or Platform administrators.
• Share your account login credentials with any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the 34 private signal indicators, algorithms, signal channels, UI design, and branding, is the intellectual property of COPYBEST. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform provides analytical data, trading indicators, and premium signals for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to trade.

Trading cryptocurrencies and prediction markets involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance of tracked traders, indicators, or signal channels does not guarantee future results.

8. Data Accuracy

We source data from public blockchains and third-party APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of all displayed data. Use the information at your own discretion.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: account sharing, data scraping, reverse-engineering indicators, or abusive behavior toward support staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

COPYBEST shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
